Application Procedure
Applicants should download an APU Staff Application (PDF) for employment, fill it out, and return it to the Office of Human Resources. A résumé will not be accepted in lieu of the application, but may be submitted along with the application and a cover letter if desired.
Please make sure the application is filled out accurately and completely. Applicants who submit an incomplete application will not be considered for employment. Please also remember to do the following:
- Type or print (in blue or black ink) all information.
- Answer all questions, including salary history.
- Ensure that the dates listed on your resume match the dates on your application.
- Do not leave an item blank. If an item does not apply, write “not applicable” or N/A.
- Do not write “see résumé” anywhere on the application.
- Digital signatures will not be accepted.

Only one application is needed for all positions applied for. Applications are kept on file for one calendar year; should you wish to apply for another position, please contact our office. Screening of applicants will continue until positions are filled.
