Workplace Learning

Workplace Learning is responsible for facilitating the development and delivery of comprehensive strategic workplace learning and development programs with an emphasis on professional, leadership, and supervisory training and performance. Areas of focus include: strategies for community, individual and team development, performance and compliance training, measuring training effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, interventions for team and individual development, and oversight of L.E.A.N. processes.
