Description
The Enrollment Management Systems Lead will provide leadership to the office staff in support of, and in the absence of the Director. This position will also provide user support, data reporting and analysis, and data management for data users in the service units within Enrollment Management.
Examples of Duties
- Provide leadership and for the team of Data Managers within EMS.
- Serve as the University’s primary contact for the National Student Clearinghouse, and collaborate with the Registrars’ offices to provide required data to the Clearinghouse.
- Serve as the primary resource person for CDD report writing within Enrollment Management.
- Oversee Change Requests for the Enrollment Management Units in coordination with the IMT Project Management Office.
- Provide data systems coordination and support for data users in the Registrars’ Offices.
- Provide data reporting services and support, primarily for the Registrars’ Offices.
- Provide training on the RIM Module and other data systems software as needed for new and existing employees in the Registrars’ Offices
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related area. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience
Three to five years experience in a higher education records in student services and proficiency managing and analyzing information systems preferred. Experience managing change with complex electronic databases.
Skills
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills. Strong computer knowledge of relational databases, Internet access and windows applications, including MS Office. Ability to balance a variety of tasks and demands. Training skills for staff and student employees. Knowledge of office operations.
Details
Full-time, temporary position. Salary is 25.09/hour
