Examples of Duties

  • The Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) is responsible for the development and implementation of the undergraduate strategic enrollment plan and serves as a liaison to the academic and student life areas for implementation of the undergraduate strategic enrollment and retention plan. The VPEM provides leadership for the offices of Admissions, Student Financial Services, Registrar and Retention. The VPEM collaborates closely with the Dean of Students and the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Programs to ensure that the campus provides adequate retention, academic intervention, administrative and support services for students. The VPEM serves as a member of the President's Council and oversees a staff of approximately 65 employees.

Experience

Qualifications include 10+ years of enrollment experience, including significant staff leadership and supervision roles; a strong personal faith commitment; and the desire and ability to lead a complex undergraduate enrollment operation at one of America's leading Christian universities.
