Requests
IMT provides various levels of technology in different rooms on campus. Before planning a meeting, class session, or other event, please research the room that you will be using to determine if its technology meets your needs. If you require anything other than what the room provides, please submit a technology request and we will do our best to accommodate it. If you are unsure about the specific equipment you will need, please contact the IMT Support Desk at Ext. 5050 and we will be happy to assist you.
Classroom and small event technology used for educational events is available at no cost. If the equipment use is non-educational in nature, an equipment usage fee will apply.
To submit a request, please email the IMT Support Desk at support@apu.edu with the following information:
- Department
- Purpose
- Location
- Time/date needed (including start and end times)
- Description of your needs for media equipment
- Contact information (phone and email address)
Requests for media equipment must be submitted at least four office hours before the event start time. If the request is not submitted within this timeframe, IMT cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.
