Requests

Projects are budgeted and completed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to administrative restrictions. Requests must be made at least two weeks (14 calendar days) in advance of the event date. Requests will be confirmed approximately two days after receipt. In order to help us provide you the best service, please provide the following information whenever sending an event production request to the IMT Support Desk at support@apu.edu:

  • Name and contact information (email, office phone, cell phone, and the best time to contact)
  • Name of the event
  • Date and time (including setup and tear-down)
  • Location
  • Purpose or mission of event
  • Production needs
  • Special needs (e.g. assisted listening devices)
  • Number of attendees
