Requests

Projects are budgeted and completed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to administrative restrictions. Requests must be made at least two weeks (10 working days) in advance of the event date. Requests will be confirmed approximately two days after receipt. In order to help us provide you the best service, please provide the following information whenever sending an event production request through the Media Request Form:

  • Name and contact information (email, office phone, cell phone, and the best time to contact you)
  • Name of the event
  • Date and time (including setup and teardown)
  • Location
  • Purpose or mission of event
  • Production needs (e.g., audio, lighting, video)
  • Special needs (e.g., assisted listening devices)
  • Number of attendees
