Mission Statement

The IMT Support Desk provides the APU community with technological support in order to foster comfort with the rapidly changing and growing world of technology. The Support Desk staff strives to develop self-sufficient, self-confident technology users by sharing knowledge with serving hearts.

The IMT Support Desk supports faculty, staff, and students with direct IT services and by resolving IT problems. The Support Desk is the first place to go with IT problems. To get assistance, send a request to

The following office hours are subject to change in accordance with school holidays, vacation periods, and special events.

Monday–Thursday 7 a.m.–10 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday 12–6 p.m.
Sunday 2–8 p.m.

Summer Hours (May–August)

Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
