The switchboard operator is available to help callers connect with a specific office, department, or person. The main phone number/operator for APU is (626) 969-3434.

Hours of Operation

The following office hours are subject to change in accordance with school holidays, vacation periods, and special events.

Fall and Spring Semesters

Summer Hours (May – August)

All calls after hours are transferred directly to the Department of Campus Safety.

To ensure accurate information is available, we request that you notify the switchboard operator, Corliss Rockett, at crockett@apu.edu or Ext. 0 with all updates regarding:

• Special events
• Office hours and closures
• Department names
• Extensions

Please remember, the operator is often the public's first contact with APU when seeking information. It is imperative that the operator is aware of major events, changes, and other issues across campus.
