IFAS Logon Requests

Each person using the IFAS7i must have his or her own personal logon. Employees who need access to the university administrative applications (IFAS7i), must have their supervisor file a Logon request. The supervisor must email the IMT Support Desk at support@apu.edu with the following information:
  1. Employee’s full name
  2. APU ID Number
  3. Employment status
  4. The logon(s) needed
  5. Menu options when applicable. Please provide the supervisor’s phone extension; IMT will need to talk with the supervisor to get complete understanding.
  6. If this employee is replacing someone, please include the name of the person being replaced.
  7. If the menu and logon is to be similar to someone else’s, please provide that logon as an example.

Logons will be completed within two working days of receipt of the request. Fulfillment of requests will be delayed if pertinent information is not included.
