Logging into Insight
| To connect, enter your user name. It should be the same as your APU faculty/staff login, up to eight characters, all lower case. Next, enter your IFAS password. |

| To change your IFAS password, press CTRL + H and type "passwd" in the prompt. |

| Please note: When choosing your new password, the three types of characters (upper, lower, number/symbol) must be within the first eight characters of the password. How to Change the View |
Adjusting the On-Screen Font Size To change the size of the font on screen, select Edit from the Insight menu and click Options. In the Options pop-up window, choose the Font tab, and uncheck "AutoScale?". Adjust the font, style, and size as desired and click the "OK" button to save your changes. |

Changing Screen Colors You can change the color of the Output screen and "classic view" screens but NOT the PO 7i screen. To adjust the screen color, select Edit from the Insight menu and click Options. In the Options pop-up window, choose the Color tab, then check "Enable Custom Colors" and select the color you prefer. Click "OK" to save your changes. |

| If you are a non-IFAS core user and use APU Look or PO functions, you may receive the notice below. This pop-up notification will display if you have left Look open and attempted to open another application or if you began to change your password but didn't finish the process. To fix this error, go to the Output View and exit the application. |
