PDA Support
IMT can provide support for the following handheld devices and accessories.
IMT recommends your department and/or users purchase models only in our current
support structure.
- For handhelds using the Palm OS: Palm Zire, Tungsten, and Treo (excluding Bluetooth, telephone, camera, music/video, and online messaging functionality)
- Palm wireless cards for older models with Xircom card
- For handhelds using Windows CE: Compaq/HP, iPAQ (1945-5555) 802.11b (wireless) (excluding Bluetooth functionality)
Manufacturers’ Websites for Palm Pilot and HP Pocket PC also offer support assistance.
IMT provides a PDA Introduction Packet (PDF)* for further assistance.
IMT will support the manufacturer's included software, support the standard OS, and the synchronization of Outlook, data, and work-related documents.
