and the Call to Christian Community

C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and several others forged a friendship that produced some of the most creative recent literature in the English language. But what was the nature of their friendship? How did these relationships form, develop, and bring forth the best from others in the group?

This conference, held February 7-9, 2008, at Azusa Pacific University, brings together leading experts on Lewis, Tolkien, and the Inklings for two days of reflection, lectures, and panel discussions.
