As a prospective student you must complete an application and prepare your transcripts (grade records) in order to apply to the American Language and Culture Institute (ALCI).

American Language and Culture Institute Application Deadlines and Tuition/Fees
The following are the application deadlines and information for the tuition and fees for international applicants. All application materials must be received in the Office of International Student Services by the date indicated below. If any portion of the application is not completed by the deadline date, the application will automatically be considered for the next available semester. Please note that there are earlier deadlines for applicants who are outside the U.S. than those currently inside the U.S.

Refund Policy
No refund is made after the last day to register except in cases of serious personal illness or family emergency, requiring the student to return to his/her home country. In any case, no more than 50 percent of tuition will be refunded. No refund under any circumstances will be considered after the fourth week of the semester.
