If this is not possible, you should try to arrive at your camp by about noon.
That way you will have plenty of time to get settled before dinner preparation
starts.
6. Can my group go out to a ministry site during
the day?
Your group is actually encouraged to go to a ministry site during the day. We
find that it is helpful for event staff teams to visit a ministry site because
it gives them a chance to see the purpose for which they are serving. Event
staff is exhausting so you might not want to go everyday, but you are encouraged
to go out once or twice.
