Al and Rosa Castro
Al and Rosa Castro moved to Mexico in 1996, and are missionaries in residence
in Ensenada. They have been involved with Mexico Outreach since 1998.
Their area of responsibility consists of maintaining relationship with the local ministries, developing relationships with government agencies, and developing new ministries. They also maintain the legal aspects of the Mexican entity, Azusa Pacific International A.C. As directors of Rancho El Refugio, Al and Rosa Castro oversee the general aspects of the property and camps that take place, organize local events, and run local kids camps, including development of the curriculum and coordination of the facilitators of the camp. Finally, their responsibilities consist of sharing with various congregations the aspects of this multifaceted ministry.
