Dear Faculty,

Happy new year!  We hope and pray that your spring semester has started off well.  There are many exciting things planned for this semester, and we look forward to having you join us.  Here are a few quick announcements:  
  • Kari Morrison, Office Coordinator: Our busy office has gone without administrative support since its founding.  That's why we're so excited to announce that Kari Morrison will join ITT starting January 27 as our new Office Coordinator.  She will oversee the daily operations of our office as well as coordinate the many projects and initiatives.   
  • Blended Learning Project (BLP): Twenty-five full-time faculty have been selected to participate in the BLP.  They will be offered extensive training to redesign their traditional courses for blended delivery.  These training sessions will cover various topics, aimed at leveraging online and out-of-classroom activities that can maximize in-class experience.  These blended courses are scheduled to launch fall 2014.
  • Getting Help:  We have partnered with IMT to leverage their ticket system (Zendesk) to enhance ITT's ability to efficiently and effectively support faculty requesting assistance.  This system will allow us to create a ticket, assign it to an ITT professional, and upon fulfillment, archived for future reference.  Click here to request ITT services.
