Azusa Pacific University's School of Theology is pleased to present two lectures by Justo González, Ph.D., author of History of Christian Thought and The Story of Christianity:

"The 2nd Century is Closer than You Think: Resources for the 21st"

What can second-century Christians teach us about living a vital faith in a pluralistic, post-Christian world? Before the rise of Christendom, early Christ followers modeled a dynamic faith in spite of living in a world whose views and values were often antithetical to their identity as members of the Body of Christ. As our own world becomes increasingly de-Christianized and diverse, the history of these early men and women of faith provides resources to direct our present-day mission.

The lectures are free of charge, but seating is limited. Register online.
