Madeleine L'Engle and the Chrysostom Society

Posted: February 26, 2013

In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Madeleine L'Engle's A Wrinkle in Time, Azusa Pacific University Library Special Collections is proud to present an exhibit, "Madeleine L'Engle and the Chrysostom Society:  50th Anniversary of, A Wrinkle in Time."

Since the tradition of John Wesley's Holy Club, many Christian learning communities have gathered to practice the life of the mind and consider creative ways of expressing their faith. Given Madeleine L'Engle's role as a charter member of The Chrysostom Society, her collected works will stand alongside and introduce books by the Society and its members.

The exhibit, which is free and open to the public, will be held at Azusa Pacific University's Darling Library Conference Room, and will run from February 11 – May 20, 2013. More information can be found in a recent article from The Clause.
