Student Learning Outcomes
In addition to the shared university and Student Life learning outcomes, students participating in MAS experiences will learn:
Faith in Christ
- To recognize the interconnectedness of their personal faith in Christ and service within local community.
Reconciliation in Community
- To value and experience reconciliation with God, self, and others through building a renewed community that respects persons with diverse life experiences.
Education in Scholarship
- To pursue an educational process that encourages lifelong learning and personal transformation through service experiences.
- To engage in global and local issues as it relates to biblically based values of reconciliation, justice, compassion, and stewardship.
Action in Service
- To articulate and live out a personal faith in Christ, personal values, and a vocational calling through service alongside local community.
