All full-time undergraduate students have a service requirement for graduation. The Service Credit Report Form allows you to get credit for your various service experiences. You may print the form, fill it out, and turn it into the Office of Ministry and Service to get credited for the experience. If you are unsure about a particular experience counting toward the requirement, you may call the office at (626) 812-3028, email Service Requirement Coordinator Michelle Martinez at email@example.com or stop by the office located on East Campus.
