Profile
Thompson has been teaching art for around 25 years, beginning with the El Monte Unified School District and later teaching art at Olivet Nazarene University before coming to APU. In addition to teaching, Thompson has completed various commissioned murals and art work. He has previously had a one man art show in the gallery at Coast Hills Church, Aliso Viejo, California last October, 2005. In the last several years he has begun using sermons as material for inspiring new art works. Students benefit from his active role in the art community and experience teaching art.
