Azusa Pacific University’s Center for Research in Science (CRIS) hosts Karl Giberson, Ph.D., a physicist and scholar specializing in Creation and the founding editor of Science & Theology News.

Lecture: “Can I Be a Christian and Still Believe in Evolution?”
Giberson examines the history of the evolution controversy and shows how it is possible to believe in both God and evolution at the same time.

FACTS:
Giberson was the editor-in-chief of Science & Spirit from 2003-07 for the John Templeton Foundation. He served on the faculty of Eastern Nazarene College since 1984 and is the Director of the Forum on Faith & Science at Gordon College in Massachusetts. Currently, Giberson is the program director for the Venice Summer School on Science and Religion.
