WHAT:
Azusa Pacific University’s Office of Career Services hosts the annual Teacher Interview Day, where Southern California schools and school districts meet with recent college graduates interested in career opportunities.

Following the number of teaching jobs cut in recent months, this event is more important than ever to help match teachers seeking jobs with available opportunities. Numerous interviews are expected to take place throughout the day for multiple- and single-subject and special education careers.

May 12, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

APU’s Felix Event Center, West Campus
701 E. Foothill Blvd., Azusa, Calif.

WHY:
The Office of Career Services, in cooperation with the School of Education, sponsors Teacher Interview Day in order to connect school districts with qualified APU students, giving them the opportunity to interview for careers in education.
