FACTS:

McReynolds specialized in ethical issues in genetic enhancement research during studies for her Ph.D. in Ethics at USC, and has served the Southern California region as an active member of the ethics committees at Children's Hospital of Orange County, at UCI Medical Center, and at Tarzana Hospital.

In addition, she has served as a professor at Biola University in the Bible, English, Apologetics, BOLD, and Science & Religion Departments since 2000. She holds a Ph.D. in Religion and Ethics from USC, an M.A. in Systematic Theology from Talbot School of Theology, and a B.A. in Christian Education from Biola University. McReynolds is the author of several books and articles, including Women as Christ's Disciples, Enhancing our Happiness? Aristotle Versus Bacon on the Nature of True Happiness, and The Pilgrim Psalms: A Sacred Journey to Revitalize Your Life.
