WHO:

Azusa Pacific University's Office of Career Services in cooperation with the School of Education and 12 California district and school representatives

WHAT:

The Teacher Career Fair offers the opportunity for district representatives to meet with credentialed students who are qualified for multiple- and single-subject and special education career opportunities. Schools are consistently pleased with the caliber of students who are recruited from this event.

The following schools and districts will be on site: Alliance College Ready Public School, Azusa Unified School District, Calvary Murrieta Christian School, Camino Nuevo Charter Academy, Chino Valley United School District, Coachella Valley Unified School District, Green Dot Public Schools, Hacienda La Puente Unified School District, San Bernardino City Unified School District, Total Education Solutions, West Covina Unified School District, and Partnerships for Uplifting Communities.

This event was previously known as Teacher Interview Day, where candidates could meet with representatives and interview on the spot. Due to education cutbacks and the decline in available teaching positions, the event has been restructured, but continues to strive to help candidates and schools connect.
