Azusa Pacific will host two visiting art exhibits to the public in public in September.
Art and Text: Images, Concepts, and Insights
Sept. 13–30, 9 a.m.–8 p.m., at the Duke Gallery, West Campus
This exhibit brings together sculptors, painters, photographers, graphic artists, mixed media, installation, and video artists who explore a variety of ways to use art and text to express their personal attitudes, opinions, and faith.
Wish Stealer: A Dangerously Uncommon Tale
Sept. 13–30, 9 a.m.–8 p.m., at the Darling Hallway Art Gallery, West Campus
This exhibit features the art of illustrator and narrative story teller Barbara Kolberg. Creating works in a range of media her illustrations display a wonder and celebration of childhood.
