Azusa Pacific University’s Center for Research in Science (CRIS) hosts Doug Satre, director of outreach development for Plant with Purpose.

WHAT:

Lecture: “Actions Speak Louder than Words: Defending Christianity through Service”

Satre will discuss the importance of service and how Plant with Purpose is dedicated to helping the rural poor. A three-part environmental, economic, and spiritual approach to sustainable development, Plant with Purpose transforms the communities and the people it works with by improving quality of life, restoring relationships, and self sufficiency.
