10th Annual Hands Across Azusa Brings Community Together
WHO: The city of Azusa along with the Human Relations Commission and Azusa Pacific University
WHAT: Approximately 500 Azusa residents and members of the APU community gather together for the 10th annual Hands Across Azusa. The celebration honors the memory of Martin Luther King Jr. and his dream of equality and justice for all, while promoting diversity and tolerance. This year’s event features a performance by the winner of Azusa’s Got Talent. The contest encouraged residents to submit original songs based on the theme “A Decade of Healing.”
