"This opportunity acknowledges Dr. Garlett's reputation as a leader in adult education programs," said Michael M. Whyte, Ph.D., provost. "We congratulate him on this role and know his learning will in turn support APU's faculty and students."
"NSR helps educators identify proven strategies to target our orientation to adult learners, encourage adult-friendly support systems, and take advantage of new technologies," said Garlett. “I look forward to contributing to the conversation on articles in NSR, as well as networking opportunities with others in this important field.”
