Approximately 575 students will graduate from Azusa Pacific University on Fri., July 26, 2013, at the university’s summer commencement ceremonies. The ceremonies feature 149 bachelor’s degree, 319 master’s degree, 107 adult and profession studies degree, and 34 doctoral degree recipients.

• Undergraduate, adult, and professional studies ceremony at 1 p.m.

• Doctoral and master’s degree ceremony at 4 p.m.

• Ceremonies take place in APU’s Felix Event Center, located on West Campus, at 701 E. Foothill Blvd., in Azusa.

Steve Mays, senior pastor of Calvary Chapel South Bay in Gardena, California, and an Azusa Pacific graduate, will deliver the keynote address for both graduation ceremonies. Mays’ experience in ministry dates back to 1970 and extends throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. A well-known conference speaker, author, and radio personality through his “Light of the World” broadcast heard on more than 60 radio stations throughout the country, Mays has spoken at The Gideons International convention in Nigeria, participated in Oxford University’s Round Table in London, England, and led Bible studies at the Pentagon and the White House.
