WHO: Azusa Pacific University’s Cinema and Broadcast Arts Program welcomes Howard Kazanjian, producer of two of the most successful movies ever made: Raiders of the Lost Ark and Return of the Jedi.
WHAT: APU students, faculty, and staff are invited to a discussion with Kazanjian followed by a special screening of Raiders of the Lost Ark.
WHERE: Los Angeles Pacific College (LAPC) Banquet Room, APU’s East Campus, 901 E. Alosta Ave., Azusa, Calif.
WHEN: Mon., Feb. 23, 7:30 p.m.
WHY: Through direct exposure to the experiences and wisdom of a veteran of the film industry, this event serves to educate and enlighten students interested in entering into the field of cinema.
FACTS:
- Having produced 16 films, most recently The Bridge of San Luis Ray starring Robert Deniro and Kathy Bates, Kazanjian has been able to maintain his faith and professional success in Hollywood. Additionally, Kazanjian also serves as a member of APU’s Board of Trustees.
