Local Azusa Youth Perform in Music Recital

Nearly 50 Azusa youth from the Azusa Conservatory of Music

APU's Center for Academic Service Learning and Research and School of Music host the annual Azusa Conservatory of Music recital featuring Azusa youth.

WHY:
The Azusa Conservatory of Music is a nonprofit, educational organization which offers affordable instrumental, private, and group lessons to Azusa community member's ages 11 through adults.
FACTS:
- The recital will feature performances from nearly 50 community music students, including students from the School of Music's instrumental music program, the Azusa Conservatory Children's Choir, and Kodaly Musicianship classes. During the year, community youth are taught by nearly 20 APU student volunteers.
