- Apply online.
- Fill out your VA Application online to receive your Certificate of Eligibility.
- Complete an APU Military and Veterans Education Benefits Application Packet (PDF).
- Submit your application packet and copies of your Certificate of Eligibility and DD-214 (excluding nonveterans) to: School Certifying Official, Office of Military and Veterans Education Benefits, PO Box 7000, Azusa, CA 91702-7000, or via email at mveb@apu.edu.
