  1. Learn more about our programs and find the degree that’s right for you.
  2. Apply online.
  3. Fill out your VA Application online to receive your Certificate of Eligibility.
  4. Complete an Military and Veterans Education Benefits Application Packet (PDF).
  5. Submit your application packet and copies of your Certificate of Eligibility and DD-214 (excluding nonveterans) to: School Certifying Official, Office of Military and Veterans Education Benefits, PO Box 7000, Azusa, CA 91702-7000, or via email at mveb@apu.edu.
