Linda Crawford, DNP, is the director of the High Desert Regional Center Two-Plus-Two nursing program. She came to APU in 2010 as an adjunct faculty following 18 years of work in school health with medically fragile and special education children, running a school-based health center. She previously taught for California State University, Fullerton, and Cambridge College. Crawford has been a preceptor for students from a variety of universities throughout her nursing career, and she strongly believes in sharing the mentoring she has received in her career with those coming into nursing behind her. She has worked in a wide variety of nursing areas over the past 30 years, and has presented at conferences nationwide.
