Martha Ann Carey is a Professor and the Director of Research and Grants for Azusa Pacific University’s (APU) School of Nursing as of 2006. Specializing in applied research methods and program development, Carey’s extensive federal experience includes developing federal programs of research and conducting reviews of grants and contracts for the US Department of Health and Human Services. Carey has been an active member of the American Evaluation Association.
