Melinda Dicken is a strong clinician with over 20 years of experience in the nursing care of the adult patient across the lifespan in the acute care setting. She utilizes evidence-based practice guidelines, strong interpersonal skills, and a well-developed knowledge base in order to model excellent nursing care. Her teaching approach not only lays the foundation for future learning, but can be utilized in real-life patient encounters that will serve to further increase knowledge and the application of learning and promote nursing excellence.
