Melinda Dicken, MSN, RN, CNS, has more than 20 years of experience in the nursing care of adult patients across the life span in acute care settings. She utilizes evidence-based practice guidelines, strong interpersonal skills, and a well-developed knowledge base to model excellent nursing care. Dicken’s teaching approach not only lays the foundation for future learning, but can be utilized in real-life patient encounters that will promote nursing excellence and serve to further increase knowledge and the application of learning.
