Melissa Muddell joined the School of Nursing in 2009 and now serves as the lead faculty for Maternal Child Health at APU's High Desert Regional Center. Muddell has taught in the undergraduate, Two-Plus-Two (formerly Summer Start), and the Entry Level Master’s (ELM) programs. She became a full-time faculty member in September 2011. Muddell has been an RN for 26 years and has worked in Maternal Child Health for the last 23 years. She loves teaching maternal child health nursing and working with the students, and is committed to serving the Lord through teaching and mentoring the nursing students of APU, and working with other faculty and staff throughout the university.
