The Orientation program within the Office of Orientation and Transitions is a new student program that exists for the purpose of creating a smooth, comfortable, and safe transition into Azusa Pacific University. New students and parents alike are provided with a Christ-centered welcome to the university setting that is innovative, informative, energetic, and meaningful. As a result, new students feel at home and parents feel connected and involved with APU.
New Student Adventures
Love the outdoors? Want to get to know some of your classmates before coming to campus? In addition to New Student Orientation, APU offers New Student Adventures for incoming freshmen and transfer students. Spend time in God’s creation, meet new friends, and enjoy an adventurous start to your college experience. Visit the New Student Adventures page to find out how to participate.
Each new student is billed a $100 fee on their tuition and fees account for Orientation. All family members are charged $50 separately. These prices include an Orientation T-shirt for each registrant (student and family), activities and entertainment, and some meals. All students must register online for orientation.
