The application deadlines for the Azusa Oxford Semester are as follows: fall semester, March 1; spring semester, September 15.
To begin the application process, download, print, and complete the following forms:

- Preliminary Tutorial Preference Form (PDF)*
Non-APU students (“visiting students”) who wish to apply for this program must submit the Azusa Oxford Visiting Student Application packet.
