The Department of Social Work seeks applications for a full-time undergraduate faculty position beginning in fall 2009. Position open until filled
A nine/ten-month faculty appointment in a CSWE accredited baccalaureate social work program, carrying full-time instructional responsibilities. Candidates are expected to teach across the curriculum, with an emphasis in social work practice. The candidate will share in student advising and be expected to actively participate in scholarship, and departmental and university life. Position subject to final funding.

Qualifications
Master of Social Work and two years post MSW practice experience are required. Prior teaching experience and Ph.D. preferred. Candidates must be able to communicate their Christian faith and how they integrate faith in social work scholarship and practice.
Experience
Strong teaching skills, experience in the areas of direct social work practice, and commitment to undergraduate social work education desired.
Workload
Nine or ten month contract, dependent on candidate qualifications.
