Description

The Department of Mathematics and Physics is seeking applications for a part-time faculty position beginning in Fall 2009. Responsibilities include teaching classes in developmental mathematics (Elementary Algebra and Intermediate Algebra) and some participation in department and university affairs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in mathematics, mathematics education, or related field
A commitment to teaching excellence in an undergraduate, liberal arts program
A demonstrated, vibrant Christian faith compatible with the mission of Azusa Pacific University

Experience

At least two years teaching experience in mathematics
Interest and commitment to the integration of faith with mathematics
