12-month doctoral faculty to teach in the intensive cohort doctoral program in Higher Education. Position subject to final funding.

Teaching, dissertation supervision, advising, maintaining an active program of research.

A PhD in Higher Education or a related field, experience in dissertation supervision, excellence in university teaching, strong Christian commitment, ongoing program of scholarly research, and publications in higher education. Ability to teach Higher Education Policy and Advanced Quantitative Methods courses is preferred.

Significant teaching experience, strong publication record, experience on dissertation committees.

12-month contract, 50% teaching and dissertation supervision; 50% research.
