Daniel Park, Ph.D., is a finance professor for the School of Business and Management, teaching a variety of finance courses. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, financial institutions, and investments. Park has rich experience at the university level, including teaching, peer-reviewed publishing, conference presentations, and program director and chair. He has received many awards and honors, including Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar, Korean Honor Scholarship in America, Valedictorian Award, Annual Ph.D. Student Teaching Award, Professor of the Year Award, Best Financial Education Research Paper Award, and Student-Athlete Faculty Recognition Award as a faculty member who “made a difference in the lives of student-athletes.” Park has written articles for such publications as Journal of Corporate Finance, Advances in Financial Education, Review of Pacific Basin Financial Markets and Policies, and the Journal of Religion, Spirituality & Aging. He has served as a reviewer and associate editor for various academic journals, and always tries to not forget “the grace of God” in his life.
