Gregory Richardson has functioned at the secondary educational level as teacher and administrator, and has taught in higher education for more than a decade. He was a former senior pastor, vice-president of a Texas transitional facility, and has been a motivational speaker at California youth detention centers and prisons. Greg’s previous research focused on how to close the achievement gap with the assessment of human behaviors and the implementation of a strengths-based education. Greg has demonstrated an earnest desire for, and, profound insights into helping people reach their full potential.
