Stephanie Fenwick, Ed.D., is an adult educator and scholar who is passionate about transformative and inclusive learning environments and supporting faculty in their roles. She became director of faculty support in the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment in 2015, supporting the areas of faculty evaluation and faculty development, after joining CTLA in 2014 as a faculty fellow. In her previous role as director of prior learning assessment in the School of Adult and Professional Studies (APS), she taught undergraduate and graduate courses, including adult development and learning, communication and conflict, leading across cultures, and organizational change. She was also instrumental in designing and facilitating twice-yearly faculty in-service training sessions for APS faculty members, as well as a regular presenter at national conferences on the adult learner, high-intensity course design, inclusive teaching and learning, cohort dynamics, and other topics related to effective learning engagement.
