Vivien Dee, PhD, has delivered more than 100 presentations of research, articles, and special projects at various local, state, national, and international conferences. She has more than 30 years of professional nursing experience, including hospital and nursing administration at a major academic medical center in metropolitan Los Angeles, as well as academic and clinical teaching experience as a graduate faculty member. Dee is a litigation consultant and expert witness on health care and personnel management issues for several nationally known law firms. She also serves as a consultant on the use of the NPH Patient Classification System for Nursing Practice and Staffing at hospitals throughout the United States and abroad.
