Jennifer Walsh, Ph.D.
Dr. Walsh was quoted in a front page L.A. Times article entitled "Three Strikes Laws May Not Mean You're Out." Dr. Walsh published a book on the topic two years ago. She was also invited to testify on the topic this summer before the New Zealand parliament. Her areas of expertise include criminal justice, public policy, and American politics.
