Registrar

The mission of the Office of the Graduate Registrar is to enforce academic policy ethically, maintain student records accurately, and determine proficiently who is eligible to see and obtain personal data; and, to provide these services in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner. The Graduate Registrar provides the following services:

Adds/drops and withdraws
Attendance verification
Class registration
Class schedule publication
Commencement Ceremony
Diploma dispersement
Enforcement of academic policies and procedures
Final Degree Clearance
General Academic petitions and Incomplete forms processing
Intent to Graduate Forms
Maintenance of rosters, reports, and statistics
Maintenance of cumulative records
Publishes the online Schedule of Classes each term
Registration Information and distribution
Transcripts and academic records disbursement
Transfer credit evaluation
