Office of the Undergraduate Registrar

Do you plan to graduate in December 2006? If so, you must complete your "Intent to Graduate" form and turn it in to the Undergraduate Registrar's Office by September 22. It takes several months for us to process this form and it must be approved before you can graduate, so get started!

If you do not have the form, you can pick one up in the Office of the Undergraduate Registrar.
