Azusa Pacific University Recommended Transfer Guidelines with San Diego Mesa College

This is not an articulation agreement, but a recommended guideline of courses that Azusa Pacific University will accept from San Diego Mesa College to fulfill Azusa Pacific University's General Studies requirements. Courses that do not meet the General Studies requirements may meet lower division units towards the major or count as units towards graduation.

IGETC: Azusa Pacific University honors the CSU/IGETC certification. The certification must be completed before enrolling to APU. Students are also required to take: Health Education, Cardio Respiratory Course, College Algebra, Foreign Language, and the appropriate number of units from "God's Word and the Christian Response" core category. Upper division GS units will be required.

ADVANCED PLACEMENT/CLEP EXAMS: Azusa Pacific University accepts official test scores from the College Board for AP exam credit and CLEP exams to meet some General Studies requirements.

Honors equivalent courses are also accepted.
